racer.wiki requires a payment method on file for every claim — even free Founding 20 slots. We never charge during the free promotion unless your claim is determined to be fraudulent. Here's exactly what happens if it is:
Fraudulent-claim fee: $499 charged to the card on file, immediately, no refund.
Track reassignment fee: $199 charged on top, covering the cost of transferring the claim to the rightful promoter.
Per-tool unauthorized-use fee: $99 for each promoter tool accessed during the period you impersonated the track (push notifications, nightly reports, branded page, etc.).
Any free promo instantly void. All "Founding 20" benefits forfeit.
Your claim record, IP, evidence uploaded, and payment method metadata are preserved as a legal record and shared with the rightful promoter if they request it.
Even if it's in a different name — a utility bill, mortgage, deed, lease, or operator contract at the track address counts as evidence. You do NOT have to prove ownership is in your personal name. We only need you to prove a real connection to the venue.

STEP 2 OF 2 · OWNERSHIP EVIDENCE
Prove the connection.
Upload one clear photo of a document that ties you, your spouse, your company, or your DBA to the track's physical address. Our bot reviews it in ~10 seconds. You can upload another if the first isn't enough.
Accepted: utility bill (electric, water, internet), mortgage statement, property tax bill, lease, operator contract, insurance declaration page, online account history with the track address visible.
