While crews walk the track, fans are on their phones. Give them a story about what's changing on the surface.

Track Walk Proof (Promoter HQ)

Film 15–45 sec from the tower or infield — backstretch, turns, pit gate.
Push to fans on racer.wiki/fan with your video + live wx strip (temp, rain 6h, slick/tacky est).
Pick your call: RACING / POSTPONED / DELAY — fans see proof, not just a paragraph.

Post during intermission

Boot on the cushion — "Soft here vs hard earlier = track coming to us."
Black groove photo — "Rubber migrated up — watch the top line in the feature."
Poll: "Groove or cushion tonight?" — instant comments.
15-sec crew chief clip at turn 3 — process, no spoilers.

Big screen & PA

"Track check in progress" — drivers are reading the surface, not stalling.
One fact per intermission — moisture, rubber, cushion — rotate weekly.
QR to your racer.wiki track page — depth for fans who want it.
